Transaction Process

Purchase Application Submission

Once your purchase decision is confirmed, please complete your basic information and submit the formal purchase application. This initiates serious negotiations with the property seller.

STEP3

Earnest Money Procedures

As an expression of purchase intent to the seller, please pay earnest money equivalent to approximately 10% of the property price. After earnest money payment, the legal arrangement is that if the buyer cancels the contract, the earnest money is forfeited; if the seller cancels, double the earnest money amount is paid as compensation.

STEP4

Sales Contract Execution & Ownership Transfer

The sales contract is executed in the morning, and ownership transfer registration procedures are completed in the afternoon. Through this process, you legally become the official owner of the property.
